Instructions for Applicant to fill Online Application for Recruitment of Medical Officer - Group A Post
1) Before filling up the online application form for recruitment of Medical Officer - Group A Post, Applicant is advised to carefully go through the relevant notification available on website of Public Health Department, Govt. of Maharashtra i.e. https://arogya.maharashtra.gov.in.
2) It is mandatory to fill online application by all aspirant Applicant for recruitment of Medical Officer - Group A Post. Application submitted on any other format will not be accepted.
3) Applicant cannot update/edit application once application Submitted. If Application is not Submitted and wants to Update/Edit incomplete application, Please provide OTP received on your Mobile. Last date to Fill Application form is 21/08/2021. After this date, Link will be closed for New Application. Last Date to Print Application form is 21/08/2021. After this date, printout of the Application Form cannot be taken.
4) Applicant need to fill application form in total 5 Steps viz

    Step-1 : General Information of Applicant,
    Step-2 : Details of Educational Qualification and Experience,
    Step-3 : Uploading of Documents / Certificates,
    Step-4 : Online Payment of Application,
    Step-5 : Submission of Online Application,

Missing of any step in application form may lead to reject of your application.
5) After Step-1, a unique application number will be generated for each new application which will be further used to identify the application.
6) Please ensure that all information provided is correct and accurate. Recruitment on false information and certificate will be ipso facto null and void and also appropriate action will be taken by Public Health Department, Govt. of Maharashtra
7) Applicant needs to upload documents in PDF file only and file size of each document should not be more than 5 MB except Photo and Signature which will be JPEG format and file size of Photo and Signature is 2MB
8) Applicant can send their query if any while filling online application on email address   admin@maha-arogya.in
9) All applicant should use their regular Mobile number during complete process. The candidate will received OTP and SMS during filling of application form and during the whole process regarding their application status.
10) During filling of application and during process, you will receive information by SMS and email about your application status. Therefore don't change your mobile number and email.
11) Canvassing in any form by Applicant will disqualify the application.
12) All legal disputes pertaining to recruitment of Medical Officer - Group A Post shall fall within the jurisdiction of Mumbai High Court only.
